Can I take the vehicle out of the province from which it was rented?
Taking a vehicle to another province is generally not a problem. However it is best to inquire about any restrictions or fees that may apply if driving outside the province. Inquire at the location or call 604-618-9666
Can I Pay with a debit card?
What are the age requirements for renting?
The minimum age to rent a vehicle is 21; a daily surcharge will apply to renters between 21-24 years old. Restrictions on the size and type of vehicles apply to renters between 21-24 years old.

Is there an additional charge for more than one driver?
Will I be charged per kilometer that I drive?
Most Trust rental rates include 200/km per day, or a pre-designated number of included kilometers per day/week/month as part of the rate structure. If you exceed the number of pre-designated kilometers, a per kilometer charge will apply for the additional kilometers driven. If there

Are there restrictions on the types of cars I can rent if I’m under 25?
Renters between the ages of 21-24 may not rent vehicles in the following vehicle categories:
- Luxury
- Specialty
- Minivans
- Passenger Vans
- Full-size SUVs
- Premium SUVs
I got into an accident with my Trust vehicle; what do I do?
In the unlikely event of an accident, contact the renting location as noted on your rental agreement document, or call 604-618-9666. An accident involving bodily injury must be reported to police department in the community in which it occurred. The driver is required to complete and file an Trust accident report, as well as any accident reports required by local or provincial authorities.

Energy Recovery Fee: This is a fee that helps offset the escalating energy costs related to business operations.
Vehicle Licensing Fee: This fee is for the Company’s recovery of the share – prorated per rental day – of the costs to license the car and put it on the road in the first instance such as vehicle title, license plates and registration fees.
